feat : add inert attribute and search tag

fix: Removed superfluous newline messing up the demo

Allow attributeNameCheck function to receive the tag name as an optional
second parameter, enabling more granular control over which attributes
are allowed for specific custom elements.

fix: removed another superfluous unrelated linebreak
fix: attempted to split dist files into EMS and CJS

fix: Changed how RETURN_TRUSTED_TYPE=false is being handled

fix: rolling back recent changes until we have a better solution

fix: Slightly improved the webiste attack vector loader
fix: Fixed the tests to make more sense given the recent CDATA change
